  1. 11/2025 — Present

    Software Developer

    Red Real Estate Digital

    • Designed and built Python bots for extracting, validating, and automatically loading real estate leads from portals like Fincaraíz, Metrocuadrado, and Ciencuadras into the company's CRM, cutting processing time from 9 hours to 5 minutes a day.
    • Automated the daily generation of Excel reports with numbered lead batches via scheduled scripts (cron), ensuring complete data from the previous day was available with no manual work.
    • Built web scraping bots for comparative real estate market analysis, including multi-source extraction strategies and handling of anti-bot protections.
    • Built templates, views, and endpoints for the corporate CRM using React, Vue, Node.js, and Laravel, improving the experience for sales advisors.
    • Developed a cross-platform mobile app with React Native and TypeScript, managing the full build and signing cycle with Expo/EAS.
    • Managed infrastructure on AWS and Hostinger: deploying Flask APIs with Gunicorn, Docker containers, Nginx as a reverse proxy, and SSL certificate management.

    • Built and maintained internal web applications with React, and wrote technical documentation and procedure guides.
